Utilize the Newest Wireless Standards with your Mac or MacBook Pro for the Best Range and Speed

Imagine being able to use your iMac, Mac Pro or MacBook Pro with any wireless network as well as being able to use it far away from the access point. Furthermore, imagine not having to buy a newer Mac to enjoy the many benefits of the newest wireless standards – 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. With our mCard, you can do just that. No longer will you have to endure the frustration of slow, limited Wi-Fi just because you have an older model Mac. You can update the computer’s wireless capabilities with an internal mCard engineered by QuickerTek for your specific needs.

There are several versions to accommodate many Mac models.

If your Mac has two internal antennas and you want 2.4gHz and 5.8gHz with BlueTooth 4.0 LE and Apple’s handoff and continuity, then Version 2 is for you.

If your Mac has 3 internal antennas, then Version 3, which includes Bluetooth 4.0 LTE and 5.8/2.4gHz, is for you.

With any version of the mCard, you replace your current card with an adapter. You can then install one of our mCards, which are meant for the newer Macs. This benefits the user by giving them more control, as you can choose two or three antenna ports to match your particular Mac. In addition, when the Wi-Fi standard changes again, you can easily switch to the current card.

If you need advice on which mCard works in your Mac, you may contact us at support@quickertek.com.

Quickertek’s mCard comes with QT1 patch (if needed) script to install the correct kext that Apple does not provide when upgrading the operating system. This is not needed for all systems.
